Common questions

My audience can't join — what should I check?

Make sure the session is still active on your iPhone (the live dot should be green). Check that the code your audience is entering matches exactly. If using Offline Mode, ensure everyone is on the same Wi-Fi network.

Where do I manage my subscription?

All Feedr subscriptions are managed through the App Store. On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Feedr.

How do I export my session transcript?

After ending a session, open the Session Report and tap the export icon. Transcript CSV export is available on Creator+ plans.

Can I use Feedr without an internet connection?

Yes — Offline Mode (Creator+) starts a local Wi-Fi server on your iPhone. Your audience connects via QR code on the same network. No internet required.

The audience page isn't loading — what should I do?

Try refreshing the browser on the audience device. If the session was ended by the host, the page will show a session-ended message. Contact support@mrvltechnologies.com if the issue persists.
